  • Checking the locks and security mechanisms to ensure they are functioning correctly. Lubricate all locks and moving parts.
  • Inspecting internal/external seals for any signs of wear or damage that could let in drafts or moisture.
  • Lubricating hinges, locks and any moving parts to keep them opening and closing smoothly.
